Oversees strategic management and supervision of all support services and activities to enable departments and units provide reliable services at the district, represents the district externally, facilitates harmonious relationship between the community and the district, ensures active stakeholder participation in the identification, planning, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs/projects and ensures that resources are managed effectively.
